PRIVATE TRAINING

Some athletes prefer the focus and hands-on approach that personal training provides. This is a great option for individuals who prefer a 1:1 coach-to-athlete relationship where we can build a workout program that’s designed to change with your needs.

These private workout sessions are 1 hour 15 minutes including a warm-up and a cool-down stretch.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

(1:2-3)

This is a great option for people who like the focus and attention of personal training, but want to workout with a friend or another like-minded athlete.

Coach Eric and his team will design a program that suits the fitness abilities of all individuals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

(GAME CHANGER PRO)

In these dynamic, high-intensity sessions, athletes will be put through their paces, coached by the Game Changer team in either Speed Work or Power Lifting. 

Athletes will be taught proper form and body functionality while focusing on increasing and improving mobility and agility in the Speed Work class and increasing and improving range of motion and strength in the Power Lifting class.

Speed Work and Power Lifting sessions will run back-to-back in the afternoon with athletes coming to one or the other, or preferably both, in order to target all body parts and thereby increase performance and see results.
